  • The so-called German House in Ho Chi Minh City on all legal aspects of the development, construction and financing as well as operational matters (including lease agreements, pre-lease agreements). A truly unique PPP project in Vietnam, the German House includes the development by a private investor of a two tower Grade A development of office, residential and consular premises in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, in conjunction with the German and Vietnamese Governments;
  • The French Government on the so-called “Project Francais” in Vietnam (Annex of the French Institute), including preparing and negotiating the partnership agreement with the French Chamber of Commerce as the developer and operator;
  • Daiwa House on a project in Vietnam, including contract arrangements and commercial leases;
  • A Hong  Kong developer on a USD450 million real estate development joint venture in Long An Province, including joint venture matters, site clearance issues, levelling agreements, mine sweeping arrangements, and architectural design contracts;
  • A Hong Kong developer on 4 residential joint venture projects in Ho Chi Minh City;
  • Sojitz Corporation on its acquisition of an 88% stake in Long Duc Industrial Park, one of the largest industrial parks in South Vietnam;
  •  Sumitomo Corporation on its joint venture industrial park development Thang Long Industrial Park II, including land acquisition and joint venture arrangements in Hanoi;
  • A Korean developer on its tender proposal for a US$1billion residential-for-sale, office & hotel, mixed-use development project in Ho Chi Minh City;

  • The Blue Circle, a European developer of renewable power assets on the development of three wind parks in Vietnam, including the 40MW Dam Nai project, the first foreign-owned wind project in Vietnam, including advising on permitting, turbine supply agreements, BOP contracts, Power Purchase Agreements and the project financing of the projects;
  • Vestas on the turbine supply agreement and turbine maintenance agreement for the Huong Linh 2 Project in Vietnam;
  • The European developer on the acquisition of a majority interest in a Vietnamese wind park developer with the development permit to develop a wind power project in Binh Thuan Province, Vietnam, including carrying out the project due diligence and assisting with the joint venture contract with the local partner;
  • The developer on all legal aspects of the development of a wind farm project under development in central Vietnam;
  • Cong Thanh Group, the Vietnamese sponsor of the 2×600 MW Cong Thanh thermal power project and the 2×1,000 MW Van Phong 3 power project on its joint development agreement and joint venture negotiations with an international utilities company;
