  • JWD Infologistics Public Company – Acquisition of Transimex Corporation, a listed logistics company in Vietnam.

  • VI Group – Sale of 10% interest in Gemadept Corporation, a listed infrastructure developer and ports operator.
  • Advent International Holdings Hong Kong – Proposed acquisition of interest in ILA Vietnam Ltd., a premium language center operator.
  • Insurance Australia Group – Majority acquisition of AAA Assurance Corporation and subsequent divestment.
  • Ricegrowers Limited – Acquisition of a rice processing mill in the Mekong Delta.
  • CJ E&M Corporation – Acquisition of 50.9% of Blue Group Corporation, a leader in advertising and film production in Vietnam.
  • Mekong Capital – Investment into Yola Education Joint Stock Company, operator of “Yola” English language centres.
  • Mekong Capital – Acquisition of 16% primary shares in Gene Solutions Joint Stock Company, involving three subsidiaries.
