Our partners have acted on the following matters:
  • Advising Mango Insurtech, a fintech start-up providing insurance technology solutions in Vietnam, on its series seed round and inversion under a Singapore holding company.
  • Advising Gemalto a global provider of IT security solutions on data privacy and electronic security issues in Vietnam.
  • Advising Iron Mountain on the establishment of a branch and warehouse to provide electronic data storage solutions in Vietnam.
  • Advising Sequoia Capital on several of its early-stage investments in Vietnam technology companies including Trusting Social, Buymed and Infina.
  • Advising Topica an online education provider, on each of its Series A, B and C and Series D financing rounds. The recent Series D funding round was from Northstar for USD50 million.
  • Advising Jungle Ventures on its convertible loan to Timo Digital Bank.
  • Advising Kaizenvest on the acquisition of an equity stake in MindX as part of a Series B funding round totalling USD15 million.
  • Advising Vigo Retail, a service technology company operating in Vietnam, on their Series A financing round.
  • Advising Fonos, an app for Vietnamese language audiobooks, on their Series A financing round.
  • Advising Probus Opportunities on its investment in VietMoney.
  • Advising STIC on its large investment into Carousell Group – smartphone and web-based consumer-to-consumer and business-to-consumer marketplace – including advising on the transaction documents and conducting legal due diligence on Cho Tot, a Vietnam subsidiary of Carousell Group.
