  • A prominent Japanese trading house – Collaborative venture with a leading Vietnamese real estate developer for the Long Duc 3 Industrial Park development in Dong Nai Province.
  • Pilmico – Acquisition of subleased land in an industrial park to develop an animal feed mill plant.
  • Sojitz Corporation – Joint venture development of a large-scale cold storage facility in Vietnam.
