Phong Nguyen

Phong is a partner at Asia Counsel Vietnam and specialises in M&A, capital markets, banking and finance and corporate and commercial law. He has practised law in Vietnam since 2003 and has extensive experience advising clients on their investment and acquisition projects in Vietnam.

Prior to joining Asia Counsel, Phong was with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer for eight years and Hogan Lovells for six years, where he led high-value M&A, project finance and arbitration matters. At Asia Counsel, he leverages his multidisciplinary approach and understanding of domestic and international practices to provide comprehensive advice.

Phong is fluent in English and Vietnamese.
