With over 15 years of experience in China, Southeast Asia, and Central and Eastern Europe, she combines deep market insight with a pragmatic approach to building strong, lasting client relationships.

Fluent in Chinese, English, and Czech, Rita is passionate about fostering collaboration across cultures and markets. Outside of work, she enjoys a variety of sports and is an avid diver.
