Mai Nguyen is a Senior Associate at Asia Counsel Vietnam, specialising in project finance, M&A, capital markets, and corporate and commercial law. She has advised on major investment and acquisition projects across energy, infrastructure, banking, and insurance, and has significant experience in anti-bribery and corruption compliance.
