Deal Announcement – US$10 million Investment into Nami Distributed Energy

Asia Counsel is proud to announce having acted for Southeast Asia Clean Energy Fund II Master Pte. Ltd. (“SEACEF II”) on its US$10 million investment into Nami Distributed Energy (“Nami DE”), a leading Vietnamese renewable energy company. SEACEF II is managed by the Clime Capital, a prominent Singapore-based fund manager, focussed on clean energy investments in the Southeast Asia region.

This investment aims to bolster Nami DE’s pioneering efforts in clean energy, driving innovative distributed energy solutions and fostering sustainable growth among Vietnam’s businesses.

Asia Counsel’s team, led by Justin Gisz (Partner) and Phuong Nguyen (Mina) (Of Counsel), guided SEACEF II through the entire lifecycle of this transaction, from preliminary structuring through to completion and disbursement of the first tranche of the investment.
