Asia Counsel is pleased to announce that the firm advised the owners of American International Hospital (AIH) on its strategic partnership with Raffles Medical Group (RMG) in Vietnam.

AIH is a 120-bed tertiary hospital located in Ho Chi Minh City. Under the agreement, RMG will acquire a majority stake in AIH and enter into a management services contract.
